Use the right ratio of ingredients-1-2 eggs and enough fat (butter or oil). 4. Ensure your leavening agents (baking powder/soda) are fresh for proper fluffiness. 5. Let the batter rest for 5-10 minutes before cooking to relax gluten. 6. Cook on medium or medium-low heat to avoid overcooking the outside. 7. Use a nonstick pan or griddle lightly greased with oil or butter. 8. Flip only when bubbles appear and the edges look set. 9. Don’t press down on the pancakes while cooking. 10. Serve immediately for the best softness and texture!

I have been making protein pancakes for my daughter for 3 years and sometimes when the batter is on the thicker side, it gives tough pancake. Also, Freshly made batter makes the best pancakes as far as kodiak cake mix is considered, batter should have a good consistency(not thick nor too runny), Add a little bit of milk and eggs for added protein and flavor. Also, let the batter rest for 2-3 minutes before making. Hope that helps. 😊

Hi @alihamzabaloch I have been following you guys for a long time and love you guys as well but I have a question that can you please make a full video of what you do for living? Because I see you guys live a very goof lifestyle (MashAllah) and in UK living and study is quite expensive as my brother also lives there but in vlogs I haven't seen you going to any work or something else. Is running youtube and Blissful is the only thing you do or something else as well as in Anya's vlogs have seen you working on Laptop. I just asked you to this because really wanna know if you do something else online so can you please share that. As you know the job conditions in Pakistan so it would help a lot of us.
