Yes, if its wax use olive oil drops four times a day for 5 to 7 days . If its wax it ll get soften n may come out. Cotton buds are obselete now. No one should use them cz it push the wax backward near to ear drum n chances of damage to ear drum then gets high . Simply use olive oil drops n after a week go to any ent specialist .. you can go in shifa international hospital

Ear issues relate to something going on with the Kidneys. It will stay hidden until its extreme. But it can happen if you are going through stress as well. I suggest limit your protien, as you are often on high protein, but get higher quality protein (not via supplements for example) such as beef or lamb but not deep friend etc. I am an Oriental Medical Doctor (In London) and have a clinic in Islamabad F-8 as well (when i'm there).
