Yooooooo!!! This is nice!! It is on my list!! Two questions: 1. The upgrade, was that a perk from a particular credit card? If yes, which one?

You should definitely make a trip out here! As for the upgrade, I used a Suite upgrade award, which you can get from staying 40 nights at Hyatt properties. They have a personal & business credit card that can help you get nights & status by spending on the card; but they aren't necessary to get a suite upgrade award. Hope that makes sense.
