The best surmon , I have Heard for a long time, I gave up stopped walking, till my muscles got so stiff, my friend is lovely, ❤but she is 5 years younger than me, and healthy, but noing the situation I am in , she always says we are getting old, I don’t no wether, she meant it or just, saying it, not sure I do love her ❤, she is a Christian, and because I mentally thought o I must be , yes how, I told her I have given into it , just sitting there getting stiffer , more painful, when I said I am giving into it, she doesn’t answer me, I can’t say it her fault, but how easy it is to give up, yes listen to the evil one, lord forgive me blessings to our lord Jesus Christ ❤
