A car flattened my XK Squirrel & 1000 yrs later, today I just ordered this one bnf for its mechanics , will shoe it in on the Black/ Gold & White exact model from defunct Helimax which only means I'll have to order a second one lol to keep two identical with diff paint scheme Flying birds. I sweared i was going direct drive recently but , these are so much fun as you stated . ( long rant = giddy because of a new to me Bird, always happens & im sorry , Amigo )

Been binge watching your channel and subscribed, have learned so much from your videos so far. Love the work, keep it up! What are your throttle, pitch, rates and expo for this beautiful scale flying on this little machine? I have the same one, along with k100 and k130, but been saving them until i stop crashing the k100...tough little heli for sure, but would like to tame it down as they are quite aggressive.

I believe i used the stock radio and setup, throttle pitch curves all depends on pilots choice and their taste of flight control.

@@alishanmao thanks for the reply. Yes i am using the XK X6 transmitter until my tx16s arrives and I will set these helis up as you showed in one of your other videos. (Thanks for that) What was your throttle and pitch curve in this video I am wondering for such nice tame flight? My TC IS 0-45-55-65-80, & PC 40-45-50-65-85 on dual dates 70% servo travel, still seems extreme for scale tho hahaha 😄

All I wanted as a kid. A real copter. But in early 70s you got a “whirly bird “ that went in a 3 foot circle on a tether That was your 70s RC. for kids anyway. My next one was a p59 mustang on a hundred foot wire two wires on a rocker grip so you could go up or down But we were having a blast.

I do not have it and one of my friend who loved arkbird had many dives of Death and out of control crashes with Arkbird. I have given up on Arkbird. its not a reliable controller. you can get others that are cheaper, smaller and more reliable. easier to setup too.
