If you follow mma, basically all heavier fighters used, or use. Don't just follow people word for word. Steroid use gives you more confidence, if one was depressed, it brings one out of it.. when stopped, you generally feel lower unless you've had positive life changes. Thus the main reason for his losses afterwards. I think he also hid his steroid use from so many.. that he may not had been professional with it.. all to common. Testosterone is a he'll of a drug, and we produce it naturally. Food for thought.

Yes the title is clickbaity but it does have a question mark because this is what has been discussed by so many seeing his photos and did state it was not a disease IMO. Unfortunately the only way for any type of success is titles like this which is way so many creators are forced down this route. Like the video, and it just shows the lies that continue to take place in almost all sports. And I have spoken to AO on a couple of occasions. The ped's plus rec drugs seemed to rule his life. Very sorry to see that happen to so many. But it is a choice that is made. Live the lie or be happy with who you are.

7:20 I kind of haven't really followed mma or kickboxing for some years now but I didn't even know Alistair fought Badr Hari a 3rd time Badr Hari looked big Alistair looked big Alistair was out there fighting a guy who is taller (at least a couple inches taller) and he gets Badr to touch the canvas, and then makes him drop onto all fours, and basically faceplants while doing it, and drops him to all fours again That was a pretty impressive outing for Alistair considering he's 42, didn't fight kickboxing for a decade and is fighting a guy that stayed in kickboxing the whole time Alistair is the older guy, fighting a taller opponent, and had a very decisive win I know you've covered Kali Muscle Surprizingly Alistair and Kali Muscle seem to be kind of saying the same things. Kali calls himself a fruitarian. Alistair in the other video you posted, was saying I'm a vegan, and fruits are good, fructose turns akaline. Kali might've started with proportionally more muscle than Overeem but Kali seems to have retained more muscle through all he's been doing and still looks quite strong compared to the average person. either way, I hope Alistair is doing well in life.

Alistair just confirmed what everybody thought. Look whats goin on in "Athletics" around the world. Bodybuilding, MMA, wrestling, armwrestling, cycling, swimming, soccer the list keeps goin. The drugs changed everything. What i dont understand is that those guys are allowed to compete, cyclers these days have legs bigger then there head. Why pay soccer players millions to support there drug abuse...i cant watch that stuff anymore and am ashamed of whats goin on. If you want to take the "good stuff" by all means do so, but dont involve others.
