OMG….I can feel releasing heavy energy, but I also have notice people close to me get affected by it….(like they get sick for a day…) I know it’s energy from mental and physical stress, & other peoples energy, I know that I am capable of storing 3 to 4 months of crap until my body, mind and soul lets me know it’s time to drain….when this happens I isolate for 2 week max…Im the chill, soft sensitive person who I try to avoid people when I feel like this….I meditate and cleanse…a lot of 1111 and a lot of changes in my life…feeling loved and loving not interested in any typeof romantic relationship tho….more interested in understanding this mystical stuff…used to be fan of Freud..now I find Jung and cancers so dang interesting…oh when this happens I never explote or bring it out on no one, I’ve learn to handle it…this video validates how I deal with this process every 3-4 months…yes I do go deep introspect wise In my alone time…
