That’s never the answer babe. You have to take accountability and initiate the change you want to see and follow through. Everything is perception. Healing and changing isn’t easy but it’s worth it. No one is responsible for your life and where it’s at but you, quit with the victim mentality and accept that great things require great work and consistency. Failures are lessons and bring growth. You’re not a coward, you’re a lion, a wounded lion but nonetheless a motherfuc*in lion, roar and get mad if you need to. Anger is what got me out of depression and attempts at 14, much more productive than sadness haha. As lame as it sounds, eating right and working out can switch everything around mentally, start there and look into the law of assumption. ❤️
