the movie had potential, but i don't see it being good enough for a sequel, hollywood can't pair a normal guy with the female protagonist, you only get TWO options, its always this FAKE misunderstood person (like shrek, which isn't misunderstood and people die in these kids shows but its ok they're baddies right?) or a jock, in this case dumb jock who helped murder a guy, sure you can argue "they didn't know" what was gonna happen, but if you steal there arms/legs and just throw them into the streets what do you think is gonna happen? bunch of cowards bully and rip a person apart, alita was a total whore

The guy was always overconfident, and not very bright. He also seems to be one of those big guys who underestimates a smaller opponent. He thought Alita wasn't in his league, when the truth was the opposite.

If you've read the comics you know how powerful Alita is....this movie barely shows it. Now Gamora in the comics is crazy strong too, the movies don't really represent her well. Nebula and Sara Lance aren't on either of their levels.

@@ApocGuy well the first movies was a cleverly stitched string of events from the first two books for example murder ball was in the second book and long after the events of her acquiring the berserker body and defeating Grewiska who was called Makako in the book (I think). So book 3 is about zapans revenge and the real true form of the berserker body, book 4 is alita working as an agent of Zalem and finding Ido and all this leads too you learning more about Zalems leadership and eventually leads too Alita getting an even more powerful body and entering a multi national tournament and each nation is essentially a different planet in the solar system and the Victor gets a single wish granted so Alita fight with an awsome team of characters to win and wish for the scrapyard independence as they are being oppresses massively at this point. Ofcourse along the way she learns more sbout her past, finds love and fight against Zalem who is way way more powerful than you can even understand but also has a really dark secret that eventually gets revealed I would honestly suggest getting the books i was supper happy the movie came out because I've been a fan for ages and I loved the movie but I couldn't get the books until it was released then the books all got reprinted so yay

This video was in my KZbin recommended page... More than 20-minutes of film reduced to 1.5-minutes. And it wasn't filler. The editing is just crude... of a copyrighted movie, issued in 3/2019. What a tragedy created using lousy software and the mind of a homo sapien... with no sense of what meaning means. I'm shaking my head in dismay.
