Discussion Questions for Ephesians 1:15-2:7:
1. Read verses 15-16. How do you see the connection between faith in Jesus and love and thankfulness for others?
2. Verse 17 talks about wisdom and revelation in knowing God. How has your understanding of God deepened over time? In what ways are you amazed by who He is?
3. Verse 18 mentions “the riches of the glory of His inheritance in the saints.” What are the two possible interpretations of this phrase? How do they both complement each other?
4. Verse 23 says the church is “the fullness of Him.” What does it mean to you to be a member of Christ’s body and a part of His fullness?
5. Read Ephesians 2:1-3. Then decide how it supports this statement: Your problem was not your behavior but your nature and your dead state in sin.
6. Read Ephesians 2:4-5. What does it mean to you to be “made alive together with Christ”?
7. Read Ephesians 2:6-7. How does being raised and seated with Christ affect your view of yourself, your relationship with God, and your approach to life’s challenges?

I could not help but think about how you put this in perspective for me, in a way that I can't ever remember being enlightened by these passages. I could not help but think of Philemon 1:6 and sharing all the good that is in me that is in Christ that lives in me. Great message!

If we are made alive with christ are we not supposed to heal the sick and preach the gospel and raise the dead by his power he gave us?

Wonderful Preaching. If Christ is in us why do Christians get sick and if we are hidden in Christ have to deal with pain of this world

@@markz.5891 Titus 3:5. 1 Peter 1:23 and 2:2. If you are referring to the body not being yet glorified, that is true, but we are born again spiritually.

As I believe markz was saying we still live in this sinful body not yet glorified. Romans 12:1 I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that you present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service. Suffering here is nothing, compared to how it will be in heaven.

Andrew, please listen, your message is great , no doubt ..BUT WE KNOW THERE IS NO AUDIENCE THERE ...impossible to watch this act ...my question is WHY?... nobody will watch this once they realise it
