Nicole Stephenson there must be some sort of rule, where as long as no more than a certain duration of the song is heard, the video cannot be flagged. I find it to be ridiculous, it's free advertisement in my opinion! If I'm only hearing a song for the 1st time on a KZbin channel I'm subscribed to, and I happen to enjoy it, I'm more likely to want to find out who the song is by and purchase/download it myself.
