Actually working in a restaurant during COVID, I can actually explain the seating part. So during COVID, we don't determine the seating arrangements, health inspection does. We can't combine tables or bring up chairs to tables. Oh and we also, not seating the restaurant to full capacity. If they are understaffed, like we are certain sections were probably closed. It is so hard to seat that big of party, it's going to be a longer wait time, periodt. We are supposed to split big parties like that, unfortunately, please don't blame the workers for that, they are just doing their job. And y'all came close to closing, oof. That's an unwritten rule, don't come to restaurant with such a big party close to closing, they will hate y'all lol. If they sat y'all together anyway, they probably didn't feel like explaining or arguing. But I just wanna say, I love y'all so much.
