1 orange (sweet, seedless, small) Oil - half cup Sugar 3/4 cup Eggs 3 Blend above in blender for 2 minutes Flour 1 n 3/4 cup Baking powder 2tsp Fold the above dry ingredients with the blender mixture. Bake at 170C for 35 to 40 mins.

You put too much baking powder. Reduce the amount. I would recommend half the amount
