@@davidmhale521 Israel currently allows an average of 100-200 aid trucks to enter, lesser than pre-Oct 7th(yes its due to Oct 7th but right now we are talking about how Israel have provided humanitarian aid) on average 500 aid trucks. Israel isn’t personally providing the aid or funding for it, these aids come from NGOs, UNRWA etc. Israel controls what comes in and comes out of Gaza, due to the invasion of the Rafah crossing there is no fuel, no medical equipment and no aid entering Gaza when the rafah crossing is one of the main sources of aid entering in. Even if they drop leaflets and told Gazans to evacuate to the safe zones(now it’s Al-Mawasi) where there is a lack of clean water, lack of daily human necessities and materials for shelter are in short supply. The movement of displaced Palestinians in accordance with evacuation orders have led Palestinian crossing active Israeli military operation or January attacks on Khan Younis, Rafah and Al-Mawasi which were declared as safe zones (info from Forensic Architecture, not Hamas-run). Israel controls what comes in and out of Gaza, they can have a massive flood of aid which could significantly improve the famine in Gaza and Israel controls Gaza’s water systems, only 1 water pipeline but only 47% of its capacity(March 21 2024) have been turn on, the other 2 are non-operative.
