As a result at the start of war in Ukraine, Moscow looked same as Kyiv in order to arrest protestors and then pass a law that threatens 10 years of prison for misinformation about special operations. Does not mean much if the elections are unfair. For example, in Hungary, I heard that the opposition leader got some 5 minutes of air time on national tv for the entire duration of the campaign. Is this wrong? I am no Hungary expert, but I did watch some videos of Orban in European Parliament. Was same like this interview. Members of the Parliement asked him about corruption in Hungary and Orban's responded how Hungarian nation defended Europe from Mongols in XII & XIII centuries. These two facts are enough to know that Hungarian government is garbage. Pls do let me know if I am wrong somewhere.

I am Hungarian and I love my country very much! We Hungarians owe nothing but thanks to Mr. Szijjárto, who is the best foreign minister of the past 70 years. He is young, very smart and very honest. Mr. Viktor Orbán was elected prime minister 5 times, which the West views very badly, but we are not interested in that. Our country has suffered a lot in the course of history, mainly because of the communists after 1945. We have fought a lot for our freedom since the existence of our country (Hungary is more than 1000 years old). Our country was much bigger than this, but this was simply stolen from us, and those who did this act as if it never happened. BUT we know and we won't forget!

This is a very bold step taken by Hungary. There are some sensitive things that should only be tought by parents when it is a proper time, I agree with this idea. I know! His English is so good. Every time I hear him, I marvel at his English, and I wonder if he learned it as a child. I think he must have. It's so good. He speaks like someone who learned it as a child, someone who grew up bilingual. As a linguist, I can tell you that Hungarian to English is not easy. It's one of the harder ones. The differences in grammatical structures are huge. Then there's the different alphabets, and pronounciation, and....on and on. That is why he always fascinates me with how naturally he speaks. He speaks even better than Viktor Orban. Don't get me wrong, Orban speaks very well, but he does speak more like someone who learned as a young adult, like possibly at Univeresity or something. The thing that always blows me away about Mr. Szijjarto's English is how natural it is. You can be a very good speaker of another language, but still sound very book-like and not very natural. He always strikes me as so intelligent. Just super sharp.

Wrong right from the first sentence. We didn't agree to be governed by EU laws. We were told that we join an ECONOMIC not political union which comes with free trade and free movement of people, a project which aims to prevent future wars on the continent (not create the United States of Europe) They made up new rules the last 10 - 15 years with majority votes aiming towards a centralised EU government (benefiting the French and the Germans). But this time we wouldn't be governed by the Soviet Union and Moscow, but the European Union and Brussels. This is not what the EU was when we joined and we won't be forced to follow German or French dictat, interests and ideology. We also won't leave as that would make us even more fragile and exposed to these powers hegemony. Inside at least we can still manage to pull a few strings... Al Jazeera bs as always, not a single objective coverage...

First, because economy is part of politics, second because other politics effect economy, and economy effects everything For example If you have free movement of cargo you need to have similar laws what can be produced or how, you need to have trust that cargo in another country will be checked property on external borders before it comes to you. And it's goes on and on. Because UE countries they are connected by the some flow of goods, people and capital, there is one market. And internal politics of one country effects others directly and without their control. The whole idea of purely economic union with total free reign of internal policies of countries is just fool dream. Unrealistic and plainly stupid if you actually model it property, by which i mean not setting it in the world when one country will do everything it wants as player, and other will stand by doing nothing as NPCs.
