Tunisia expulsions: Refugees and migrants stuck on Libyan border

Twelve hundred migrants including pregnant women and 29 children are stranded there with little food, water or shelter.
All were rounded up in Tunisia and bussed to the border, but Libyan border guards are refusing to let them in.
The foreign ministers of both countries have discussed what they call the ‘irregular migration’.
Human Rights Watch accuses Tunisia of violating international law by ‘collective expulsions’ of black migrants mostly from sub-Saharan Africa.
And says they need immediate humanitarian aid.
Al Jazeera’s Malik Traina joins us live from the city of Zuwara, about 30 kilometres from the Libyan border with Tunisia for the latest updates.
And Amine Snoussi is a journalist and political analyst and joins us from Tunis for his analysis.

yes, they are responsible for taking care of illegal immigrants. and they are extremely responsible when they detain them and drive them out into the sahara to trap them against the border of another uninvolved country that doesn't want them. this is not an expulsion, it is a slow-motion massacre that includes pregnant women, children and babies, who were deliberately selected for being left to die in the desert. this isn't the tunisian government not helping, it's the tunisian government committing possibly the most severe single incident of migrant abuse of this whole european migrant crisis of the last 10 years. it's common for groups of migrants to be murdered by government forces of chad and niger paid by the EU by abandoning them in the sahara, but always hidden and not on this scale. tunisia's president palpatine has decided to make this an international incident, and besides attempting to kill these people, he is signaling to all tunisians that they are welcome to murder black africans with impunity. expulsion would be to send these people either to a third country that agrees to take them, or to their home countries. this on the other hand are 1200+ cases of attempted murder, and some of the victims are babies.

When countries have limited resources you can expect for them to prioritize their own citizens. The UN should step in and setup refugee camps in the migrants home countries. The fact that some of the migrants are talking about going to Europe shows that they are not looking to deal with reality of their situation that none of these outside countries want them there. For Tunisia and Libya native black population are going to be danger to be caught up in these deportations because it seems like these deportations are slowly turning into deportation based on appearance rather than status.
