Old harvest, where you had the harvest crafts in the map. If he clicks on the button to sacrifice the card, there is a chance to delete it -> no sound. Otherwise atleast 1 or more cards drop with a sound.

This item is incredibly OP, you can't use your 2-4 leftmost flasks, BUT this belt constantly applies all the buffes these flasks should grant. In Path of Exile Flasks are incredibly strong, but they are not permanent, this item fixes the problem.

I know this comment is old but the op part of mageblood isn’t the fact you always have flasks up, though that part is nice of course. You can use the really strong inc effect prefix that lowers duration with 0 downside along with the 70% increased effect enkindling orb effect without having to worry about the can’t gain flask charge during effect. You get twice the power of your flasks making it incredible qol for most builds
