Yea, as a man in their age bracket I can attest that keeping off the pounds take some effort. Definitely have to watch what you eat (can’t eat huge burritos every day like I once did) and you have to do some type of fitness. Interesting Dan was always the heavier one when they were younger and now he’s always very slim. I’m guessing he eats well and has some good lifestyle habits.

Pandemic effect maybe, like me. But then I got covid and lost some weight so I got back to ideal weight😂

@@EchaFahreza_ oh for sure. I put a ton of weight on during lock down and stuff 🤣 took a lot of effort after to drop it. Sitting around doing nothing but work, eating and drinking does nobody any good haha
