Imo this song captures Blazblue's essence perfectly, and so do the rest of the songs in the game. Chronophantasma and Central Fiction has amazing original songs, but almost all the remixes are either weaker or too Guilty Gear for my liking, with some exceptions

i loved calamity trigger but this beat is rather calm for most of it while bullet dance II lets you know you are about to have a real dance with death tho I do really like bullet dance I at 1:35 which just hits a nostalgic tune.

I actually kinda hate how many of the remixes extended the intros with violins cos it takes forever for the song to really kick in and it's just not as epic when you're actually playing a match. Which is a reason why I think this version is infinitely better than the second. To each their own though :D
