Near The Diamond Casino there is a waterway flowing down to the ocean, if you go down into it and look at the sides of it you will see a tunnel. Go into the tunnel and follow it until reaching the point shown in the video

The one at the amphitheater isn’t spawning in for me everything is up to date and I tried it in full lobby and invite only even turned on the ps5 and turned it on again. Any suggestions?

You can try clearing the game cache and respawning your character. If those don't work, you can try unplugging your PS5 for 30 seconds then plugging it back in. If none of that works, you can try contacting Rockstar support and if they don't offer a solution then you might need to completely reinstall the game

They are easy to add, but I would never do it since the video would be cluttered by them lol. Each location is only shown for ~12 seconds and having the video spammed with it switching stamps that often would just be messy. If you are talking about #55 you need to go inside the base. If you do not own a hanger inside of it, you can use Lester's "Cops turn blind eye" or CEO "Bribe Authorities" options to avoid a wanted level. If don't care about a wanted level though just find an air vehicle and fly to the location and quickly grab it before they get you. Thanks for watching!

Which ones? If you are talking about #21 it is in the underground tunnels, you can get to them in the waterway by The Diamond Casino. If you are talking about #23 it is on the roof of the casino and you can get up there using the elevator that is located to the left of the entrance inside the casino
