Now exhibit #44 ( at the 18:42 mark) is curious, because the pics were apparently taken both at night (A and B) and during the day (C and D) ... why would LAPD want to wait to take these pics until dusk (or later at night) of March 31, 2019, while the other pics had been taken during the day?

The criminalist takes the photos at a homicide scene in LA, not the police, not the detectives. They take many photos and you would have to check the log to see when the photographer made it to the scene. But these are the photos that the DA decided to use from dozens of photos taken. You have also have to ask John McKinney

According to NPR journalist Sidney Madden's request - Request #20-967 - there were at least two 9-1-1 calls on March 31, 2019. One at 15:20 PM. And the other, unexpectedly, at 16:40 P.M. I will cite both as follows: «Factual Circumstances of Incident: Person Reporting (PR) stated person got shot suspect possibly still at the location. At 16:40 another caller stated suspect had a rag around neck red shirt/black shirt armed with a glock. PR then yelled for the ambulance.» Can anyone make it make sense?

He had blood coming out of his exit wounds, he has bullet holes in his back, also he suffered from internal bleeding. In MOST gun shot injuries, there is external bleeding, there is internal bleeding or both. There was 0.5 liters of blood in his lungs from the internal injuries. Take an anatomy class, or actually look at 100 murder crime scenes so you can see that there is NOT always gallons of blood at the scene like you see on TV and the movies, but go to EX.44 and there is blood on his shirt and on the ground.

I asked him to riddle me this tho: How do you explain that the mother of Mr. Ermias «Nipsey Hussle» Asghedom wasn't able to see any blood on the scene during the day (especially in reference to A and B of exhibit #44; see the 18:42 mark )? / These pics (A and B) were clearly taken at night. / She, Ms. Angelique Smith, would certainly not make things up, would she? (she made these comments at the end of June 2019 at the BET event). / Therefore, this certainly raises questions regarding the timeline, and possibly a discrepancy, since Ms. Smith was on location (with Rimpau) on March 31, 2019 during the day and while she saw his belongings, she didn't see any blood; while it is suggested here that the bloodstained clothing is alleged to have been photographed later that night.

The mother would not been able to see the blood or anything because they dont allow people to come into the crime scene. There is no discrepency, none, nothing at all. The blood stained cloths was there the entire time. There is more LAPD body cam footage that clearly shows it there at 3:30pm when they took Nipsey to the hospital.

Strange though Big u knows all who snitching yet he himself has contract for GRYD program to inform LAPD of gang activities. Wack even further said recently Big u wanted Nip to sign contract with LAPD and Nip said no. Now Bryannita the getaway driver said Eric was asking Nip if he ever snitched few times! If this is true then the picture is coming clearer who orchestrated this hit...big u. He lied on Nip just like he lied on black sam saying he snitching. That pic was a cell phone pic straight from the cell phone. There is probably a filter but there is no photoshop. Just open it up in any program and run an analysis on it. Its authentic, and you can see her in the Shell gas station video get out the car and walk over and take this photo.
