I found 12 in my playthrough. I believe you are missing one you can buy in Flaming Mountains. Got mine in Purge Pit (Secret areas have different stores). It is a big deal since that means you can upgrade 2 sets before NG+ and not be 1 short.

@@LxkeFragz earliest I found celestial thread in ng+ was at the ruyi scroll blacksmith and he sold 6. (Not sure how but I noticed I had 2 after starting ng+ after spending 12 in my first play through)

you can continue after fighting the last boss, you can also start new game plus

I hate missable shit. Why do they do this in games? Where if you don’t follow a damn guide on your first play through you miss out on half the game. Just let us go back and do the shit if we want. Need celestial ribbons but a few are locked behind the secret area 5. I have all the areas unlocked except this one.

I got 13? I crafted the head and body of bull king Armor and upgraded the yaksha set to max. That should be 10 ribbons used right. I still have 3 in inventory

Very annoying how rare they are. 12 in every playthrough and you need 76 in total to upgrade every single piece of armor in the game = 7 NG to upgrade everything...

Yea. And when you get blacksmith Tiger again in NG+ you can buy 6 celestial ribbons off him

Same bro I think you need to play the game 5 times to upgrade every armour. They did add an update in Ng plus you can buy 6 at the blacksmith so it may be 4 games now im not sure I'm only on my 2nd play through
