Any Support character can regen HP and shield if they use a cola or amulet around others. I’d put all 3 Supports as top of the list to winning games. It just comes down to a manner of preference as to which you use (Ash for fear reduction , Cheryl for more heals, Pablo for shielding)

I would argue Cheryl is a better fear reducer than sash. As long as she has cola after level 10. It's instant and heals at the same time and you don't have to wait for cooldown.

It's low-key insane to me that people still put Ed so low. Here's a direct counter to the strongest Demon IMO, he interrupts Demon economy, the increased rarity is noticable, and he takes traps off the map (reducing overall damage too).

I don't think Ed is bad when I'm not just memeing. I think at the moment the meta is more focused on combat oriented abilities versus utility. Also with impatient player base no one would wait for an Ed to scout for traps.

I win over my 90% of my games as Eligos. Most of which are baiting survivors into traps. Ed is a pain in the ass. Against a skilled Demon, top 3.

@@theeccentricgentleman9393 with the right build, I started one shotting everything at level 17. The only reason he is put so low is because he needs to be leveled up in order to be fully utilized. He deals insane damage, higher than anyone else if his skills are set right. His level 25 passive skill lets him help the team with more drops and better loot chests, so everyone will naturally do more damage when there are more epic / legendary weapons. He's secretly OP.

Great list! Personally, Evil Dead 2 Ash is my main, his level 25 shotgun damage is unreal and canceling out demon possessions have won me so many games. That being said, everyone needs a Cheryl on their squad!

There's a skill in the hunter tree that makes the last bullet in a magazine do bonus damage. The crossbow and blunderbuss are super good for that reason alone. Ed getley gets a bunch of bonuses from using the crossbow, and makes it go absolutely insane. Combine that with his ability to negate killer traps, better loot, and more loot from enemies and you have a super strong survivor. It's hard to rank characters because there are different playstyles, but for ranged combat he's definitely top tier imo

Asking a legit question and not projecting in a rude or sarcastic tone but how do you know where characters rank with out being at max level to have access to the abilities? Just looking at them wouldn't be viable or reliable enough info to make a list? Need game time as well as playing with other survivors to see how they fair in a group? Am i wrong?

severely underrating Hunter Ash here. the man 1 shots bosses and instant cleanses teammate possessions. and the chest vision passive saves valuable time + shows you chests farther than they make sound so you get ones you may have missed

I used Ed from lvl 1 till 25 and he’s honestly the best survivor to cripple demons from leveling up by disabling his traps. And I constantly get 35k to 45k damage dealt to demons on him. If you would like, I can teach you all about these survivors as my career level is 45 . And with the other survivors as well

I personally think Army of Darkness Ash is the best, but Cheryl is a close second. The only reason I say this is that despite her healing abilities, she CANNOT take a hit. My level 25 Evil Ash literally kills her in like 3 hits from full health. Army of Darkness Ash is like a one man army 😂 I agree with every other placement though.

I love tanking with Scotty, his health bar is so huge I can fight bosses almost single-handedly. Insanely strong with the lumberjack axe. Like you said you just have to know how to play them

Annie + support Ash + ED2 Ash is an insane combo, hit that head shot bonus with a double barrelI and any boss will die a moment after spawning. Takes a coordinated team but I don't think there's better burst.

Puppeteer demon can get a early headstart in possessing elite demons with it's ability through traps. Ed counters that easily with his flashlight, not only that, but the utility of more resources throughout the match in a game where people tend to find themselves running scarce towards the last minute, and lvl 25 perk of increasing the quality of what your team's bringing to the table. Putting him at the bottom of the list, the only reason that's remotely accurate, is because of people's lack of knowing how to implement him in their team comps

Its worth noting amanda's lvl 10 is bugged which makes any pistol rarity she has (not magnum) do a flat 49 dmg all the time. I feel her 25 will greatly benefit from that fix.

Amanda Fisher+full damage build including the +damage for the "last bullet in the gun". Activate her ability to fire without consuming ammo/reloading, proceed to melt any boss, even rank 5 level 45 warlord Henrietta, in about 5 seconds. She's the strongest Hunter in the game because she does what Hunter's are meant to do better than anyone else: Ridiculous amount of single target. Henry is one of the best survivors in the game because of his ability to put the Demon in a lose/lose. Either you focus him and he's stupid tanky, he gets low, pops invulnerabilty and chugs cola. OR, you focus his team mates while he wails on you, and when you do finally down someone, he pop's his invulnerability and just picks the person back up for free. Same with doing revives at alters. Just pops it revives while your entire army wails on him uselessly. Warrior Ash, Cheryl, Amanda, Arthur

Love seeing the different list creators are coming up with. I think this one matches my thoughts pretty spot on, only difference I really had would be moving Henry up to 4-5. His ability to me if one of the best. I use it to knock the possession out of teammates since they can’t hurt me, boss units, and the most clutch has been using it to revive teammates since I can’t be interrupted.

I main Amanda ( already lvl 25 ) and she’s pretty great for me even though her main weapon is pistol, but as soon as you can get revolver or any ranged weapons other than pistol, she’s a beast.

Cheryl is my main but I usually play with random players and they end up leaving me behind while im looting for shemps colas and amulet and as soon as the demon see that Cheryl is alone he immediately go after me and kill me, is annoying.

Aod ash + ed2 ash + Cheryl + old ash seems like the best make up to me and top of each class . Only thing I heard you say that was off is Pablo, he can be seen on mini map at high fear but never has an outline. Nice breakdown and I can see Ed shooting up higher in all our head tier lists with time he's a sleeper

All of the support characters heal and give shields to anyone on your team that is around you. So if you have Pablo Cheryl and Evil Dead 1 Ash with a power house like Arthur Henry or evil dead 2 or 3 ash your going to be difficult to beat unfortunately most of my teams run around on their own and won't listen to my advice for support characters. Victory can be impossible if your team won't work with you especially against a max level dark spirit. I also believe all supports also begin the match with colas and amulets when you unlock thier abilities.

@@SIMPLYAMAZINGYT Yeah, for sure, like Amanda getting a gun at the start and her ability is great for the start of the game, if you have good aim, but by the end of the round if you don't have some sort of legendary firearm and a ton of ammo hoarded, you can feel really overwhelmed, more so if you haven't been trying to get the best melee weapon you can sooner rather than later. I'd say she is better taking out the basic deadites and leave the tougher ones and more so the bosses to other players more focused on taking down the elite and boss enemies. Was a real pain unlocking her though, not sure why mission 3 is so much harder than the others, why the demi-eligos has to hurt soooo much and take so little damage even from melee, but was happy when finally beat it so can get Pablo and Arthur unlocked.

Ed is slept on, popping traps keeps fear in constant control, hurts eligos quite hard. My amanda averages 50k damage a game, top damage so far 82k. Peeps need to ditch the pistol, her ability accuracy counts together with ammo for days allows her to chain damage boosts on anyweapon, including boomstick and hunting rifle. I regularly wipe my team if possessed, she is slept on. Wait until people learn how to use her.

Curious as to what particular weapons you'd reccomend. At lv10 she gets extra damage from pistol and faster fire rate. Haven't found any weapons that really match fire rate personally, but I also tend to stick to pistol. Her lv25 ability does seem better with a pistol though for sure, since that 3% will start to multiply fast with multiple shots

@@shinvertigo8410 it depends on how good you are at stacking those stacks and the raw damage output. The higher teir long guns and specials can out damage pistols. Using ammo for days+last chance, she gets a 30% boost for each shot if there's 1 round left. Allowing her to stack last chance multiple times along with accuracy counts for consecutive hits. It depends on scenario, the pistols need to stack a lot of accuracy counts stacks to meet the raw damage of the other weapons, and accuracy counts stacks are easily interrupted. For example the upper tier boomstick or double barrel is already abouf 3 or 3 times as strong as higher tier pistols, so lastchance+ammo for days scales them really high. Pistols need a lot of consecutive shots just to reach that height. Accuracy counts has a 2 or 3 second window to chain, also gotta think of how much ammo you're spending on pistol to reach those stacks on pistol. The 30% on last bullet exploit effectively gives her pseudo weapon master for any weapon.

In my opinion the best weapon for her is revolver which has overall very solid stats and best economy cuz u can hold 70 bullets + find handgun ammo more often + handgun ammo stacks are 5 bullets each time

Kelly is a great pick and she can melt bosses, her bleed damage will double whatever the original shot which can scale anywhere from 731-1400 depending on rarity, skill tree and pink f perks. Ive hit 60k damage twice and 70k once but average about 30k

I think Amanda’s kinda underrated. If you go for a max range build and find a revolver, you do over 700 damage on headshots, one shotting elites most of the time. Got 79k damage with her yesterday

Ed as #13 lol. I’m an Ed main. The dude is clutch af... you obviously don’t realize how valuable it is when in a squad with your friends to have someone run up in an objective and disable every trap and be able to give out legendary crates left and right with OP weapons and a ton of extra pink F to level up with..... Ed is one of the best players in the game especially when you’re playing with a team that knows what they’re doing.

ROFL as a demon player I can say Ed is a colossal pain in the but early game. Ive had him sprint through an area and nuke my traps. It blocks AND removes set traps meaning my points are wasted and I dont get the threat bonus for trap triggers.

Hunter Ash is awesome. His ability to see crates through walls is great, because he can walk up, grab the Pink F and tag the crate so everybody else can find it quickly. It saves the whole group a ton of time. And his damage with a shotgun is insane. I think your placement is pretty good because of how powerful the other survivors are compared to him, but this guy straight up melts bosses, is amazing for saving the team time, and can instantly stop a possession, which can absolutely save your team if you’re attentive This is such a fun game. I bought it tonight to try it out because I’m a big Evil Dead/Army of Darkness fan, and I am loving it. I normally hate this type of game like DBD and Friday the 13th, but this actually makes me feel engaged and is deeper than I expected it to be. I can definitely see myself playing this for a long time.

Evil dead 2 ash can two shot a max level evil ash if you spec him right. Also if he’s possessed you can one shot your teammates even if they’re full health with a clean headshot.

Evil Dead 2 Ash and Amanda Fisher should be higher. It’s nearly impossible early game to get basic unit ambushes as Demon when ED2 Ash is around. And Amanda alone can kill a boss in seconds. Give her a blunderbuss, unlimited ammo triggered, and she is deadliest survivor.

I actually quite agree with this list. I think Ed is actually a bit up tho cuz he can be extremely useful if used right. Cherly is actually number 1, she just heals her team so much. She saves games way more than people think. AOD Ash is insane at mowing down enemies and surviving tho. I would say they’re both tied for being the best survivors in the game tbh. Next is Ash vs Evil Dead Ash, hes wayyy better than you’re giving credit for. His damage buff is a GENERAL damage buff. So While Lord Arthur does give more damage for melee, Old Ash actually just gives a 10% (+20 with the perk) damage buff to range and melee. AND he gives his team 20% (+20 more with the aura buff perk) fear reduction, which is HUGE. You gain fear sooo much slower. Pair him with Support Ash and you basically never get feared. Thats not even counting his level 25 ability, which is better than it looks. It increases the effects of the aura by 100% during a finisher. Kinda cool, right? But not useful? Wrong, because you can make it incredibly powerful with one perk. The one that makes people keep the effects of your aura after leaving its range from 3/4/5/7 secs applies to this ability. I have no idea if this is an intended effect, but it works. So people keep the 100% damage and fear for the finisher AND 7 seconds afterwards. Giving you enough time to do another finisher (and if you’re one shotting enemies then applying it afterwards isn’t even bad either). His ability is pretty useless tho ngl. It can help in stopping waves of enemies but it’s generally just super weak and does nothing. Still, it can occasionally save yours or a teammates life when they’re swarmed. And it basically guarantees a finisher without killing an enemy, allowing you to refresh the effect

Ed litterally disables all traps so you can walk anywhere, upgrades crates to be of higher rarity (incredibly op as you outspec the demon early game), makes healing and ammo items appear more often (huge for supports), and does the highest dps in the game if you dont run out of ammo on the crossbow (I had a 98k damage game with him)...

Try it since blunder is single shot and her perk to allow her last shot in the chamber to do bonus I think you might see her in new light but i will say it just sucks that you have to play her they way to be good it’s so hard to do ranking systems this early in release cause nerfs buffs happen in most cases in like the first 6 months of a game release it’s hard to know whose over powered it seems I will say ash army is a pretty good indication of op tho and necromancer is kinda broken too I like your videos tho keep up the good work :)

That all comes down to the demon's units. If he was a low level demon without any upgrades then pretty much any character in the game can do that.

@@nobu6273 no, even high level, hunters have amazing damage. Amanda's rapid fire boomstick or double barrel with 1 ammo in chamber lets her multishot trigger the last chance bonus, unique to her. She can use ammo for days with 1 shot in the chamber so everyshot for ammo for days has the 30% damage buff from last chance, plus her level 25 stacking 2% per shot, plus hallow points, plus deadly up close, plus wig splitter. I range 60-80k damage a game, sometimes going higher. The ability to fire multiple last chance boosted shots are unique to Amanda since she doesn't have to reload with ammo for days even if there's 1 bullet in the gun.

I believe Amanda should be at the bottom of the list, I have maxed her out and tried different builds and I think her active ability cooldown really drags her down. Her active is insanely strong when used at the right moments but it’s massive cooldown makes it hard to be consistent with her. Her pistol mastery can be ok but even with a legendary pistol, her main issue is preserving ammo. She blows through ammo extremely quick rendering her useless once you run out. Whenever I play her, I rarely use pistols even if I find a good one. The ammo consumption really hurts

I think support Ash is the worst. Even some content creators consider there to be 2 supports because he is just that awful. You have to make a gun build which is okay I guess. But you remove a lot of good teams like melee or rushdown

I think a weapon based special kinda blows. Like Amanda's pistol. Or ashes shotgun. I think mainly bc it's a grey weapon they should make them blue so they feel more special when unlocking. Starting with a grey weapon doesn't do anything

Ash vs evil dead gray chainsaw does very good, you can win the whole match easy with just that weapon

But rng weapon finding doesn't feel that special and seeing characters like Ed Getley who can sense traps and find greater loot etc. Makes their starting with a weapon look weak considering how common the grey weapons are. Starting with blue would feel unique and give you an early game edge on the dedites of course it seems unfair but most players don't have a well coordinated team so this could help out in the long run for those early game demon sweeps. (Also Amanda's pistol is definately bugged that shit hits like a wet noodle 😂)

Ed is a guy that people are sleeping on. He shuts down the demon easily. He's like number 6 on my list. Amanda is amazing. Top 3 at least. If you level up hollow point bullets and deadly up close. She can 3 shot a boss. Tough choice between her Kelly and Scotty. My top 3 and cheryl is number 4. I respect your list but it varies tremendously from mine.

Could you please make a video on how to play as a demon in the early games when you have no perks and a survivors are all high levels already. I just got the game 4 days ago and some of the survivor perks make it almost impossible to win matches as a low level demon am I just supposed to keep writing the game until I'm strong enough and now it matches I would love to learn how to play in the early games versus all these high level survivors already

A lotta people are toxic asf in this game I just got it today an rather than helping me they just teamed up with the demon. So my 3 teammates would just watch me 1v1 the demon over and over again. After I learned the game on my own I tried to help these two new comers (after I had a really hard time) they did the same they teamed up with the demon until I finally died 20 min in they turned their mic on to tell me I was mad… I love this game I hate its players even the ttvs are toxic even tho they are on your team like what?

Her cola skill only heals for 100 HP per can. People simp Cheryl too hard . Her healing power doesn't even revive bleeding out teammates. 😂 Yeah she's no. 1 totally.

Pablo is weak sauce. He makes an amulet every 2 minutes and that amulet only protects you for 3 hits. Pablo is #13 and Ed is Atleast #5.

Pablo can basically get objectives done while being invisible. He can drive cars and it won’t notify the demon, and he can pull off sneak revives because he doesn’t show up on mini map. I’ve went against some good Pablo’s so I definitely think he’s a good player to have. I just don’t think he should of been in the support category
