It's not an official image of the figure, that's the threezero soundwave, which doesn't transform, and what I think is his Transformers: Cybertron (Unicron trilogy) alt mode.

Say Laszlo now i understand why the rumor of sideways being a mirage retool can be true. I know this guy and search for neo Cybex who has a pic of sideways from the movie but you can see him very clear. I the pic it actual resembles a lot like the studio series mirage toy in the shoulders and legs.
