I have every character except for two and how do i get them, i have everything in the open World done

Did you get the 2 special characters - Pop Star and Super Wrestler? Did you do all the city challenges (cats, pigs, etc.)? Did you get all the characters in the levels/special assignments? You can find out on the map in each district.

I have all the City challenges done but i found out that i never received the Bandit Outfit for destroying 18 ATM's and i think that maybe my game sadly glitched there

Do you remember the last ATM you smashed? Maybe you could redo it. Your map will tell you if you’re missing an ATM, but you’ll have to look at each district to find out which one is missing. If you get him, make sure you go into and out of a disguise booth (to save your game) before closing your game.

Here’s a cheat code to get the Bandit. (It’s not cheating if the game glitched out. 😁) Bandit: NBKRYB The code goes in the Extras menu at the top. If there are 7 spaces, make the last space blank.

No. The last character I show is on the Blackwell bridge, not the grand canal. The grand canal is on the other side of the map.

Yes. They both are. They're both firefighters. Buddy is in Fort Meadows and Jessie is in Bluebell National Park. All the differences between Wii U and the Remastered version are noted in all my character and vehicle videos.
