TO PEOPLE WHO ARE AT 17/18 If you've checked everything in this video and are still missing one, it might be because of Clara being locked out. Clara has a hidden commission involving you going into a Hollow and collecting a ton of Gear Coins. She hangs out in front of the video store, but doesn't have an icon over her head. Talk to her, do the commission, and that will free her up. For me the one I was missing was the Pavol Chuck and Clara one in the afternoon, but I don't know if this also locks out other Clara ones.

To those struggling like me to find the last one even though you followed step by step this video: The one that was missing to me was the one on the skate chair at midnight. I had to advance my game a little bit for it to unlock. In my case it unlocked when I reached “reach account level 36”. Probably you’ll have to advance on the history/do some side quests in order to some of them appear!

I was missing the Pavol Chuck + Clara coin. Clara was locked up in a separate quest. Once I finished that Clara quest with the golden bangboos I was able to get the Pavol Chuck + Clara event coin.

This is weird, I did almost exactly what you did, some were slightly in a different order but still did them exactly what you showed, and I’m at 17. Guess I’ll finish chapter 2 and come back with a fresh mind. Only one I can think of is Sjal, but I remember reading about cat hair in paw-something, and I don’t have her set as a promoter. abit of tip, u dont have to go to our store to refresh, just interact with other shop that needs you to "come in" like arcade store and it can reset too

If you collected all 18 in 16th street but none at the belobog construction site you‘ll be missing 9. you‘ll have 1 coin left over once you collected all 28 of them

Some of the npcs might be stuck in some other quest or some of them can be used to be open your shop which in turn, make them unable to spawn as coin givers, make sure to complete world quests (not the main ones) before trying to collect them all :)

Does anybody know if there is one coin tied to a quest past level 39? EDIT: if all seems lost and you are about to make a bug report, it might be the fucking glitter in a box infront of the music store, i had done every npc and that was the only thing i never picked up, also friendly reminder for anyone as dumb as me, you need to talk to the sage in lumina to unlock the other coins otherwise they will never show up

From 2nd page of Sixth Street from Officer MewMew. 1st page last medal is 9 but is half, 2nd page is 18 which is full. but to unlock 2nd page you need finish Chapter 2 main story

This whole coin thing is stupid and way to contrived. Do you actually get good rewards from finishing all of officer mewmew's missions? If not theres no point in even doing them, there are quite a few that I haven't done, all because they dont appear. He is super bugged with that and they need to fix it. Nothing about his commissions are fun, or easy to complete when they dont appear, and on top of that its not easy to switch the time of day.
