doma's fans don't make the ice. That's his BDA, he only uses the fans to buff it. For example, he can create an ice cloud, then he uses his fans to spread it farther for bigger AOE. I noticed a few other mistakes like this, but overall it was pretty good.

You are absolutely right, Douma's Blood Demon Art (BDA) is the source of his ice powers, and his war fans are used to manipulate and amplify the effects.

I think you right about Doma and his BDA, that's basically his.. and not the fans.. I could’ve definitely worded it better for the connection between weapons and BDA thinking about it now. But here's the other reason i wrote it like that because BDA uses blood as medium for their powers, and his fans are made actually made from his flesh and blood, so his powers are in his weapon too. For example: take look at the other Upper Moon Demons, like Gyutaro and his sickles, Kokushibo and his katana, and especially Hantengu's clones' weapons, they use the weapon to cast BDA, so at some point they're like the same thing.. because like the weapon comes from their blood. chicken and egg, egg and chicken... But yo i'm glad you brought this up.... makes me improve, I like that
