MAN I can’t believe it! They didn’t make the supernatural jewellery make vampires more sun resistant! Like ik there are traits for that - but it would be a very cool addition for vampires to rely on jewellery instead of permanent traits. Also it would’ve been a cool reference!

As happy as I am that they included occult benefits, I thought they were going to separate them out instead of clustering it all in one. 😅 Like moonstone for werewolves is perfect, but I would've thought they'd have chosen quartz or amethyst for spellcasters (amplifying the effects of casting or the effects they chose), added sunstone for vampires (lower thirst decay and increase sun resistance for vampires without tier 2 thin skinned trait), and added aquamarine or chosen turquoise to benefit mermaids (gives mermaids full access to the trait-locked powers, slow hydration decay, and make the summoning an ocean threat more effective).

Ooh and plant sims could also be included in the benefits by lowering hydration decay with rose or peach (I would've chosen amazonite, but plant sims are base game). They could even make them more viable by saying they can also summon a random rock type.

With so much cross-pack content, I think it came at a good time. It supplements pretty much everything.

Maybe the real 'problem' is that we all play differently. The only thing that's clear with any of The Sims games in what we want from it is it the ability to apply as much of our imaginations with these games. I guess that's why I'm so frustrated with The Sims 4; I so often feel cheated by it, ripped off and let down by something that had the potential to be something as special as it's predecessors but was let down because the company detracted from the quality control team, the creativity team, and the players by taking what they previously had and giving them unfinished versions broken into smaller, more expensive pieces. Anyway, enough about the crystals pack. I don't mind that we don't see eye to eye about it. It's just a piece of a much bigger, messier puzzle. On the good side, I still have The Sims 2 and the original Sims game. Maybe it's just time I took a break and enjoyed them again for a while. :-)@@tori_aviator

People made clear for ages what they wanted was cars, spiral staircases, and, for the LONGEST time, horses and bunkbeds, but EA ignored the overwhelming demand, which, from a business stand-point was insane! They could have raked in a fortune with the Vehicles Stuff Pack. Remember when you could fly a HELICOPTER to work in The Sims 2?? Or a UFO in The Sims 3?? It was awesome!!

It's pretty clear that this pack is just a small expansion on the crystals, since before, they were just an object of decoration or something to get some extra simoleons from. Although I do wish they had made it a whole new idea, and did more with it, it's pretty clear that they just wanted to expand a little on what they already had.

I had just found out about this Game Pack this morning on my EA App and I am super excited. Even though I don't yet have the pack, I know about changing environmental settings and all I have to do is reset my lunar phase option to Full Moon and turn off the lunar cycle option in which would give me faster recharge results for my gemstones if I could play it for near future gameplay. Halo kak, aku jawab pake bahasa indo yaa 1 dan 3. Waktu itu aku jalur SBMPTN (tes nasional gitu, kurang tau sekarang namanya apa ya), dan UNS pilihan ke 3. Pas 1-2 bulan sbelum SBMPTN bener2 gak nyentuh sims sama sekali karna fokus belajar. Sama selama di FK juga sebenarnya kalau diliat schedule video2 channel aku gak konsisten (kadang gak upload 6 bulan, 3 bulan, kadang 1 bulan bisa berapa kali upload) karena kesibukan saat itu. Kalau lagi musim ujian gak nyentuh, kall lagi lenggang boleh lah main. Oh iya sama saat di univ aku udah gak terlalu sering main sims for fun atau buat mainin save sendiri gitu, kebanyakan main sims buat bikin konten atau video aja hehe tapi tetep seru bagi aku kok. 2. Of course, tapi buat FKnya aja ya. Setau aku FK UNS akhir2 ini sering masung ranking top 5 Indonesia, terakhir top 3 apa kalo gasalah. Tapi beda2 ya sumbernya. Goodluck yaa! I have been bumping off sims with my Spellcaster's spells and not once has the grilled cheese thing appears and I haven't been able to access that grilled cheese milestone asperation since the "Stranger Ville" Expansion Pack, first I tried to bring it up with the Cooking skills, then I tried to bump off other sims and tried to use the aspiration milestone cheat to make my sim fulfilled enough to gain the grilled cheese aspiration, I even used the six personality traits to achieve that, and I try to keep my sim within the 50,000 budget. I don't understand why when I was able to do it during the early status of the gameplay but unable to do it in the now fully loaded stream of the game?

Such a missed opportunity for NEGATIVE effects and the ability to make cursed jewellery (e.g. making sims more likely to die when using a vending machine/Murphy bed/etc.). Especially if other sims immediately wear what you gift to them! A range of negative consequences for existing crystals have also prevented somewhat repetitive/similar effects being listed.

Only if you can ask the grim reaper to resurrect deceased sims like in the sims 2 when you summon him and then have that interaction as well as add the zombie life state to the game if you pay the grim reaper 1500 simoleons like the sims 2. Only if the sims team could bring the Ressurect O nomitron from the sims 2 into the sims 4.

The one for amber imo is pretty bad. I think they should've just added more new crystals and spread out stuff a bit more. I'd love to be able to use amber to help my low level cooking sims to not have to worry as much about fires, but I don't want it to be constantly sunny either or for the weather to change a bunch from taking it off/putting it on. And I wouldn't want the making it sunny part be entirely gone either, because that would be handy for if you for example want to have a wedding but the weather is gonna be bad.

Does it protect against death for the whole lot, a single floor, just one room, or a certain range in meters? If I set it outside, does it only cover outdoors, or the house as well?
