I'd say that insanity is a S tier, but only when used with inferno (you can do trillions with a single hit)

Keep in mind runes that aren't on ss aren't bad they just don't do dps. Which is what he said in the video Good some where else but not dps

Runs of the hurricane can be op cuz if ya have a damage boost for it it deals massive damage and you can just use windstorm and sword splitter for it since ya really don't need accel divider even tho it spams and having the time is best for damage boosting so it kinda deserves an s tier just not the best

They do, if they like your concept they can add it, just change the name and the icon and maybe abilities if they want but they will accept it

Lol I spent 25 dollars to have a enough robux to get rune of the blizzard and it is op even with a tier four rune and trash gear I can do half of the hive queen health on normal mode before time runs out so with better gear and a tier six rune normal and hardcore is possible since hive queen is a easy boss just has a lot of hp

@@SmsjsjSkskskss it only works when u first start the game. the chances of getting the glitch is randomized. when u get the glitch, it gets fixed when u do a raid.
