I found and used all anvil but the trophy doesn't work

My count on the underground keeps on 5/6 and i see all 6 on my map ??

there is an icon for a broken anvil in the caves is that one not obtainable?

At the anvil, you come along at the beginning of the game and Nyaal tells you it's broken and there are others. I haven't found a way back to the anvil and it doesn't count for the Trophy.
