Hawkeye isn’t bad post buff honestly. His SP1s do power control and critical bleed and his heavy attack inflicts slow. He isn’t the most dynamic character but he’s still pretty decent.

Not for defense. His famage can get insane. If you use sp1 to restart raptures right before sp2, his damage is high. I managed to get 12 stacks on my 6 star rank 2 and damage from the first two hits were about 50k-60k damage. Tiny bit higher if crits

He’s not bad imo but you also really want that awakened ability to really ramp up his bleed damage and his physical damage overall. Otherwise he feels a little lackluster on the damage.

@darth_quizius6562 ahh OK hopefully simply being a 7* can over come a bit of that dmg gap with no awakening I use a r3 awakened with decent sig ( don't think I ever checked what it did and all sigs natural) so I had no idea. He just works where u need that easy quick access to his utility straight out the box

@@reds4104 Agreed. I have a R3 myself and he’s decently high sig. just feels like the physical resistance reduction he puts on the opponent via bleeds makes his damage much better.
