I do love that every Yonko Crew has its strength and weaknesses: The Red Hair Pirates are very strong but have weak allies. The Cross-Guild have a lot of members but against strong groups like the fleet currently heading for Egghead (even without Kizaru or Saturn), really only Croc and Mihawk would stand a chance. The Blackbeard pirates have a lot of strong members and many subordinates but they are too reliant on Devil Fruits making them vulnerable to fights at sea with no land around as well as putting them at a disadvantage against a group of strong haki-user (such as the Red Hair pirates are said to be). And finally, while the Straw Hat Grand Fleet has a strong core crew as well as many strong allies, they are also very disorganized and very spread out. It would take very long for them all to converge. Further, among the core crew, only the monster quartet (Luffy, Zoro, Sanji and Jinbei) have confirmed Armament Haki and only the four and Usopp have confirmed Obervation Haki therefore putting the rest of the crew at a disadvantage when fighting haki users as well as devil fruit users that require Haki to take down. Personally, I really like that about Oda's writing. It's not just that there is one group that is perfect in every way but everyone has weaknesses a good strategist could exploit.

However, keep in mind that the ice can still be broken e.g. by someone smashing a BB pirate into the ice with enough force that said BB pirates' body breaks through the ice sending him into the depths of the sea. But when Kuzan isn't there, as was the case during the battle at Winner's Island, or is preoccupied, knocked out or otherwise unable to create a field of ice in time to safe the rest of the BB pirates from falling into the sea, like Wolf did in the battle for Hachinosu (yes, I know he isn't dead since the rest of the nameless pirates can pull him out but imagine if that would have happened in the middle of the ocean), it's game over for the rest of the crew. As long as Kuzan is present, the risk of them drowning is certainly reduced. But this weakness should very much not be considered eliminated. There are still many ways for a skilled strategist (with the means to challenge an Emperor's crew) to exploit it.

My top 20 strongest crews (Based on their strongest version of said crew): 20 - Fire Tank Pirates (Decent size and very organized crew, 2 notorious members, and Bege is quite strong with his Castle fruit) 19 - Thriller Bark Pirates (I do think Moria was stronger in the past, but I overall think that crew was much weaker than the Thriller Bark pirates. At the peak of this crew, they had the Mysterious four and 1000 Zombies, with the most notorious zombies being Oars (Luffy shadow), Ryuma (Brook Shadow), Jigoro (Zoro shadow) and Inuppe (Sanji shadow), and all the other General Zombies) 18 - New Fishman Pirates (Underrated because they face the Straw Hats right after the timeskip. They are a huge crew with 100000 members, some strong Sea Beasts, 5 officers with Energy steroid to boost their powers, and Overdose Hody Jones is quite strong) 17 - Spade Pirates (Powerful New World crew capable to raised to fame in a short period, and even for their captain to receive a invitation to be a Warlord. We don't know much about their members but they should be decent fighters, beside their captain Ace was capable of defeating a Warlord (Hanafuda) and a Vice-Admiral (Draw), and then tie with Jinbe, before joining the WB pirates. ) 16 - Sun Pirates (Believe it or not, I don't think the strongest version of the crew was during Fisher Tiger era, I think it was during Whole Cake island, because Jinbe was at his current level of strength, and they had 2 strong members on the crew (Aladdin and Wadatsumi)) 15 - Kuja Pirates (One of the strongest female character in the verse, 2 strong members the Boa's sisters, and the rest of the crew is a bunch of solid haki users. The random Kuja pirate is better than the random pirate Sun pirate, or Zombie, or Fire tank pirate, that makes a huge difference) 14 - Heart Pirates (Small but strong. The crew has some notable members like Shachi, Penguin, Jean Bart that are quite good and Bepo that now can use Sulong for a small period of time. But the main reason for their rank is their captain Law, one of the strongest pirate in the world and one of the responsable for the defeat of a Yonko) 13 - Kid Pirates (Similar to the Heart pirates, small but strong crew. Their captain Kid is also one of the strongest pirate in the world and also one of the responsible for the defeat of a Yonko. However, the reason this crew is above the Heart pirates, is simple because they got Killer. He was capable of defeating another Worst Generation member (Hawkins) and fighting alongside Kid, Luffy, Law and Zoro against 2 Yonkos. The fact the crew has such strong vice-captain is very impressive) 12 - Giant Warriors Pirates (Legendary crew lead by 2 giant legends. Dorry and Brogy are insanely powerful pirates, expecially when fighting together, capable of holding their own against the Gorosei. Since the crew is made of giants even the weakest member is strong) 11 - Donquixote Pirates (Strongest Warlord crew by far and quite underrated by the community. His executives and top executives are strong enough to challenge New World captain level fighters. Vergo was strong enough to defeat Smoker, Pica was literally a mountain sized monster, Diamante was around equal to Kyros the strongest gladiator, Trebol destroy Usopp and the Tontattas easily, and all the other executives could compete with the Grand Fleet Captains. Doffy itself is one of the strongest Warlords) 10 - Golden Lion Pirates (Mostly expeculation, but considering that Shiki is this legend, that could compete with the likes of Roger, Garp, Whitebeard, he should be way strong than his movie version and at least be close to the level of Yonkos. Also, they used to be largest pirate fleet in the world, and probably were lead by really strong pirates) 9 - Cross Guild (Good enough to be considered a Yonko crew. Not much info on the crew but they have a lot of members, with different level of strength. But they are mainly carried by 2 people, Crocodile which is heavily implied that his much stronger than before and among the strongest yonko officers, and Mihawk the strongest swordsman in the world and one of the strongest characters in the series) 8 - Big Mom Pirates (Massive crew with thousands of members, ships, weaponry and territory. The captain is Big Mom strongest female character in the series. They have 3 very powerful pirates the Sweet commanders and a bunch of other strong officiers like Perospero, Oven, Tamago,...) 7 - Beast Pirates (Similar in strength to the Big Mom Pirates, but I just think they edge them out by a little bit, like Kaido>Big Mom or All Stars>Sweet Commanders) 6 - Straw Hats Pirates (The crew will go higher in the future. In Wano, not only Luffy with Gear 5 was absolutely insane, but most of the SH crew prove themselves superior than most of the Top officer of the Beast Pirates. Also, they got the Grand Fleet with 5600 members and full of strong New World level pirates.) 5 - Whitebeard Pirates (Legendary crew and big rivals to the Roger Pirates. I think the pinnacle of the crew was either when Oden was a member or before Blackbeard betray them. In the last one they have all 16 commanders alive (with Ace and Thatch) and Blackbeard still a member too. Also, they had 43 allied crews made of strong New World Captains) 4 - Red Hair Pirates (They may have the weakest fleet of allied crews, but they have the most quality members in the main crew. The officers are being extremely hyped, but expecially the top 3 officiers, I have no doubt that the Red hair crew has the 3 strongest officiers (Yasopp, Roo and Beckman) among the Yonko crews. Shanks is probably the strongest Yonko and his the Roger of this era) 3 - Blackbeard Pirates (Blackbeard is a very powerful and dangerous man. His Titanic captains are all very strong and his crew seem to be pretty massive. But what makes his crew be so high on this list is the fact that they have as a member a ex-Admiral Aokiji, it's like having 2 Yonkos in the same crew. While I do think eventually Aokiji will leave the crew, I also think that Blackbeard and it's officers will get even stronger. The BB Pirates have the potential to reach number 1 by the end of the story) 2 - Roger Pirates (Not only it's the crew of the pirate King, but at the pinacle of strength of the crew they had 3 legendary monster, Rayleigh, Scopper and Oden) 1 - Rocks Pirates (Yeah not much to add. They had 3 future Yonko and a bunch of other legenday pirates. Captain Rocks is said to be Roger's biggest enemy)
