Well if you sleep for 4 hours it's ok profesionnal medicin tell us that we should sleep for 8 hours but actually it's not the case 4 hours is enough if you let go of any kind of technology for an hour before you go to bed at 9:45 and take a 15 minutes to just think of nothing and to be able to fall a sleep at 10 to 2 am it should be perfect there is only 4 hours that are really important and it's between 10 pm to 2 am go take a look at Sadhguru he is amazing.
