Thank god they don’t allow dogs. Dogs being allowed in apartments have really reduced the quality of apartment living

Sorry but this is completely incorrect. Lived there for 3 years. No real Spa in Flatiron. Gym is seriously inferior at Flatiron. No indoor pool at Flatiron. Smaller rooftop pool at Flatiron. No Bar and food service at Flatiron. Flatiron is a bit overpriced and overrated......IMHO
