It is a truth that Mech is in dull position among all branches for past 2 years. The demand is very low. This is because, there is no job in India. 2. Anybody with a B.Tech or B.E degree can get a job in IT company if he or she know coding. The Advantage of IT/CSE student is that they are studying coding and they are also getting job in coding. For other branches like Mech or EEE they have to study their core subject and to study coding separately. If you study mechanical engineering you can get jobs in mechanical related fields. But for other area, you should study that subject your own.

Doing some Online Courses and watching KZbin Tutorials from now onwards will help you to improve your coding skill. Even you can try Doing th Online B.Sc Degree of IIT Madras (Watch our video on that) without dropping B.Sc Mathematics.

Okay. Cheyyam. EEE is relatively tough than Computer Science. But not very tough. EEE has equal difficulty as Mechanical and Civil. Labs are not very difficult, but interesting. Yes it is true that there are some analytical subjects. But if you get the grip it is easy.

That depends. Are you a logical and mathematically inclined person? Go for CSE Are you more interested to Physics? Go for Electrical and allied branches. Are you more interested to Chemistry? Have you checked the last rank details? Please check the last rank details and let me know the possible college and courses that you may get. Repeating is also a good option , but what course you aim for? Also which NITs are your targets? Really tough decision!

Both CSE and IT are almost same. Only some minute difference. Even though you are a CS student in Plus Two, you don't like Computer? Then you have to actually find your interest. What is your actual interest, pursue that. Now a days in almost all engineering branches, Computer programming is an integral part!

After the result, they will ask you to provide +2 details. Based KEAM Mark and +2 Marks you will get KEAM rank. Once Rank list is published, Online Counselling will start. In that you can give your College and Department Choices. Based on your rank you will get allotment.

IIT palakkad is a new institution. It has some limitations in terms of infrastructure and faculty. But in the coming years, it will become one of the best IIT in India. However, NIT Calicut is a very old Institute with its own legacy. So at present NIT Calicut is better than IIT Palakkad if you are not much concerned about the IIT Tag.

1. Always select to Govt Colleges if Possible 2. Select Pvt colleges only if placement is available. 3. If Civil is your passion, please follow it. 4.KEAM is not very tough. 5. Govt fees is very low. Pvt college fees will go from 4 Lakh to 8 Lakh 6. Gulf countries are relatively dull if you consider civil.

Yes you are correct. Civil is mainly dealing with Physics and Maths. But if you have will power and if you are dedicated, you can overcome the difficulty and study. But it depends on you! Okay, in that case you need to study some basic course in Computer Programming. You may study Python or C Programming. It is not necessary to go to some computer centers. In KZbin there are so many channels teaching Programming. You may also do some online course from Coursera, Udemy etc.
