Video is very instructive, like the saying "a picture is worth 1000 words", so much more is worth a video. The only suggestion I would dare to make is to reduce the pace by 1/3, so 66% of current video speed would be ideal, as mouse movements and screnn successions are very hard to follow. Otherwise is immensely useful to me to pick up where I left with the original HP BladeSystem, a big THANK YOU Anton!!!

Thanks for posting this video. I want to ask if you know what the issue may be if my frame consistently says "the oneview appliance(s) in this frame are not responding. I have tried 2 different composer modules. I cannot console into them (just blank black screen). This is a new setup to me so I'm not sure if there is a hardware issue or I'm doing something wrong. Thanks for any advice.

Привет, спасибо за видео, очень помогло. Можешь подсказать, при конфигурации 12Gb SAS module, выходят ошибки , что невозможно связаться с модулем, в самом модуле в консоли ошибка socket error on Http request. Как это можно исправить?

Добрый день, структура SAS полок достаточно незамысловатая главное соблюдать несколько правил: smartarray мезанин должен быть в 1 слоту сервера, IO модули в 1 и 4 фабрике. Если все првильно, то попробуйте сначала поменять местами IO модули в корзине, затем в самом D3940 и обновить прошивки

Хорошо, завтра попробую, в фабрике менял местами, а вот в полке нет. Обновить прошивки не дает, пишет что нужно применить конфигурацию, а потом обновить.

@@AntonFedorovIT Добрый день, все подключено, обновить прошивки не могу на sas модулях, в oneview не показывает установленную на них прошивку, при конфигурации выдает Unable to communicate with the interconnect. Unable to establish communication with the server. (DFIN_027)

@@AntonFedorovIT При загрузке в sas модулях видно что есть резервная прошивка, как то можно с нее загрузится? Нет ли какой ни будь инструкции?

@@Mihaddd SAS модули в 1 и 4 отсеках корзины? Пробовали менять местами? Я так понимаю идет установка нового шасси или добавление SAS в существующую инфраструктуру? Возможно микрокод на SAS interconnect несовместим с текущей версией OV (слишко старая версия микрокода)

we just purchased the synergy frame and when we connect to the front panel and we get this screen the one view doesn't load it just wait like it is waiting for something and never load what are we missing

Hi, can you see connect button like at 0:28? If yes, that OV can be corrupted. Eject both Composers, insert only one and wait for 15 minutes and try to connect, if you can´t connect anyway, eject this composer, insert another and try again.

If you can´t see the screen like at 0:28 then it can be FLM problem, try to mix flm in their slots and repeat to connect.

I get the connect button then it shows oneview loading and it stops on that screen also we only have one composer front upper left

@@edgoodman01 You can change the tray of composer and try again. In additional you can connect to coposer console and look for boot process.

Ok so I am here at my dc and I did move the composer so component bay 2 and what it does is starting step 1 Prepare appliance
