If you are a freshers, just completed your Education then Licenciate diploma will make you a better candidate in the Insurance recruitment process. But you need to find the vacancies from your own and then apply to that particular company. There is no All India Level Recruitment process. So Yes, the opportunities are huge because only a small percentage of people completely these exams and aim for higher positions.
