I want to know about the cost payment for the ICM program... And when I have to second time payment for ICM, As they mentioned for program 1 I have to pay 20700 CAD ,,, Before the visa I have to pay 9801 CAD .. Maybe you understand, may suggest the exact process, and maybe this process will not give me the opportunity to off-campus work...

See I don’t see that you can do diploma in uni but try getting letter for other colleges like the red river here in Winnipeg or some others in Toronto like Georgian George brown centennial or so
