For NRI Sponsored candidates, you will have to produce a sponsorship letter from an NRI who will undertake to pay all tuition and other fees for the entire degree program. The fees via this seat are higher than fees via seats of other quota. Yes, A Gujarat candidate can apply for this

this year expected cut off should be around 80-85 if the number of applicants remains the same.If not, it can shoot up beyond any prediction. Safe score would be 115+ for convert (No section should have a 0)
