Long time viewer but of course I can't remember if you've done this already or not LOL Have you tried putting one of the extra mini heads on a made to move body? It might look oversized like the Rainbow High dolls, but it might work too.

Not sure...but you CAN put the Extras Mini's heads on a Barbie made to move body, so the fashion most likely will fit other small dolls, hope this helps☺
