Bro try to find your interest first that you want to choose a subject from your previous educational background or you want learn a subject which is completely new and you feel that it's interesting and you can learn and understand it easily. ... if you want to choose between zoology and botany then first try to find out which subject you find interesting and easy to understand and revise and choose that.... second thing find out that you have good resources available for it or not....
