Sir, I'm currently doing 2nd semester of 3 years LLB. I couldn't properly study and appear for 1st semester exams. So, can I continue with 2nd semester classes and exams, and keep pending the 1st semester papers for the next two years. My plan is to write the 1st semester papers only after completing the final semester exams.

Now completed 1st semester and failed in 2 subjects contract and Tort. My marks are Constitution law 44 Contract 1- 23 Torts - 16 Family law 1 - 32 Criminal law1- 37 Please suggest revaluation possibility. If I do revaluation for passed subject, there is any chance to decrease the mark.
