I bought a set of top dividers and such a huge difference on organization! It’s hard to fit everything with just six side dividers.

Thank you! This is something I struggle with all the time. Sometimes the dividers are just not quite right. I am also a changer! I love to mix things up all the time... Agh, so annoying. lol I will use your post-it tab idea for trying out tab names. Thanks again for the great advice.

I recommend using just regular tape(like what you use at Christmas times for gifts) for your self made tabs to protect those! They will last a lot longer although a year is impressive! Haha I use clear tape for all my tabs that stick out of any paper and risk being damaged.

Definitely could relate since I didn't achieve planner peace until I ordered custom dividers from 8L. My other dividers didn't cover all "the things." Our planner brains must work similarly! Informative as always dear Rana!🤗

I really loved this Rana! You can also customize your tabs with a label maker (if you have one... some of us planners are also OCD with labels around the house 🤣 so might as well get the most use out of that purchase!)

Thank you! This was great cuz that's something I was struggling with...how to divide up the sections & where to have sub tabs. One question tho. What do you use your notes section for if you have an inbox aka brain dump area. Thx again Rana...sometimes I think you read my mind lol.

I'm so glad this video was helpful. My notes section is for extra note paper to write on if needed... that's it. I honestly don't use it much since I prefer using notepads when I'm at home when I need a scrap piece of paper... But good for on the go. Thanks for watching🥰

I've recented started watching your videos as I'm a newbie to making planners and such. May I ask what size you're using for your planner? A5/A6? Do you carry your journal everywhere with you? I often have some random ideas when I'm doing something else and not on my work table. (I work at home as a digital artist) Also I love your planner so much and how minimalistic it is!! When I first looked into bullet journals, I thought I'd be doing cute, cartoon styles but you've got me into this minimalism kinda thing haha. ~

I prefer cardstock dividers because they are more eco- friendly than those made with plastic materials.😊🥰
