The oil remedy is very useful, it helped my hair, smells awful but very efficient. I pasted onions and then put in in a pan with coconut oil, and stirred it for a while and I transferred it in a bottle and the oil is ready, it is super helpful

Hi ! Putting the coffee that we have at our home is extremely bad for your skin. It causes microtears in the skin and is especially problematic for people with bad acne. This is what all the dermats and people who study skincare ingredients say. As u have a large number of followers just wanted to let you know so that u don't encourage people to put coffee on their skin🙂

You should never wash it off quickly , let it stay for atleast 1-2 hours . It's your choice to keep it overnight or wash after few hours , results will be good

hi P. One tip to not damage your beautiful skin- never use retinol in any form with any other active like niacinamide and vitc or any chemical exfoliant. Just use HA and retinol together.

One can always alternate the use of actives that do not combine. Ideally retinol should be used at night. So vitamin C or tyrosinase inhibitors can be used during the day. Niacinamide is pretty non-irritating and stable so it can be safely used with retinol. Exfoliants and retinol can be used on alternate days during the night to avoid irritation.
