Conclusion is 1.Don't Compromise Your Sleep. 2.Sleep At the Correct time and For the Correct No. Of Hours. 3.Compromising Your sleep in your 20s may create a problem in Your later age. 4.Create a schedule so that You can enjoy a quality Sleep as well as can Do your work also. 5. No. of Hours of your Sleep should be approx the multiple of 90mins (for e.g.4.30hrs or 6hrs or 7.30 hrs etc) 6. Like Building Of Muscle is not Done in the Gym(I.e.Breaking Of Muscle is Done in the Gym) and Actual Building of Muscle happens When You return home and Take proper amount of food and Sleep Like that If you are Learning something then Proper amount of Sleep at proper time will help you settle down the Things you have learned during your sleep. These are the few points what I found.
