available. AT S has world class expertise in building green living. You can expect huge push on green living. Water, STP and Electricity is no problem. Already 16 Flats are coming up. The plot rate in Faridabad is now touching 1.15 lakhs per square yard ( BPTP Sector 86)

If you are considering a plot in and around Gurgaon, go for it. You won't find anything at this price point on the main road with these amenities and the 4th floor will be announced soon for DDYJ.

ATS needs to build closed Gym and Swimming Pool . They are building Open space Gym like Government Department. Development will take this project close to Central Park.

If you are thinking of your own house Land, you must go with this, I recently purchased a unit in Flamingo Floor at Central Park Flower Valley, and now I've learned that I could have acquired a plot in the same price range. I must admit that I now regret my decision, as it appears that this property is experiencing rapid growth and the land patch here is especially favorable for end-users.

No Appreciation on this property since last 1 year. Flamingo is better deal and you can expect a better appreciation compare to this

@@tiyamiglani9844 Yes rates are still the same because of the 4th-floor ban That is the only reason to invest in ATS right now, once it's announced rates will touch the sky 1.30 +.

@glani9844 FLAMINGO is overpriced and you can't do comparison of plot vs floor. But yes, safety and amenities are great in flower valley, but appreciation will be on both places.

A lot will depend on Amenities and level of development done by ATS. If their product is close to Central park it has bright future. Its their first project. If they go wrong in this one their survival in Gurgaon will be at stake. Let's us see what amenities they bring above and beyond Central Park.
