I purchased this phone pouch in January 2022, and finally getting around to testing it out. I’m not planning on submerging my phone in water this summer, but if my phone happens to fall into water or become wet from precipitation, I’m confident that it will be safe from damage. I will probably repeat this waterproof test if I notice any damage to the case or at least annually as a safeguard. I would like to see these pouches made with a rubber gasket (still looking for one like this) on the top closure, but the interior snap seal appears proficient. If your phone pouch gets wet, I suggest holding the pouch sideways or top facing downward when opening the pouch, and immediately drying this part so little drops of water do not make their way past the sealed part, once opened (see video). Then take your phone out of the pouch. This seems to be the best method for myself.
Also note the Hiearcool included leaflet states what this pouch can be used for and also includes a description of it’s limitations and warnings, listed at the end of this page. It’s important to read the ENTIRE product description online including all the illustration texts before purchasing. For example, I’m planning on using this pouch to prevent incidental water damage while near water bodies or pools. I do not plan to take my pouch underwater. If you do, there is information on the Hiearcool website that states changes in hydraulic pressure can alter the touch screen functions so the side buttons must be used for the camera to work. I tested using the side buttons inside of the pouch when I turned on my phone. It works alright, but it might be tricky pushing the buttons with the reinforced plastic lining along the edges. If you are not going too deep and just want to take a video, I suggest starting the video with touchscreen and then diving so you don’t need to use the side buttons. Out of the water the touch screen works very well through the plastic pouch.
The company information that my phone came with provided me with many pointers including but NOT limited to child warnings plus:
*Do not store in humid or damp environment;
*Do not use in water that is over 140 F / 60 C;
*Do not expose in fire or modify the waterproof case;
*No organic compound or essential oil in the bag at anytime;
*Follow your devices manufacture's safety temperature usage; recommendation;
*Always wear the lanyard while using the waterproof case;
*Please clean the waterproof case after each use, airy dry only.

how many long (day/week) waterproof case can hold under water?

I have been using this frequently for the past 1.5 months. I have not used it intentionally underwater, but rather as a safeguard just in case it does fall into water or get wet. So far I have used it probably around 20 times at the pool, a week at the beach, a day at a water park, and outside in case of rain at park, etc. I just did another water test video as an update since it's good to test these pouches out frequently to ensure they remain water proof. Mine is an iPhone 12 mini but it can definitely hold a larger phone too. If you click the description and link you’ll see that it says it’s compatible with your phone too. Hope this helps.
