GoodDay Doc., Is it normal to feel like a small nodule at the bottom of epididymis or at the tail epididymis.?? Im confuse if that is abnormal or normal.? Is cancer starts to grow also on epididymis.?? Hoping for your response ,Doc.

@@thepatientsdoctor i have done ultrasound 2times doc in diffrent diagnostic center ..but the result is unremarkable no focal lesion or mass seen.. But why is the lump that i feel both sides at the bottom feels like my epididymis . CAnt seen abnormal in ultrasound ??

If it is malignant doc ..how many months or years i will observed if it is malignant? How many months does it take to become my testicle enlarge or any other symptoms.?
