The point I'm stuck on is: how did they get the cats into the organ in the first place? Only the most friendly and trusting cats - i.e., house pets - would let themselves be picked up and stuffed into cells, let alone allow their tails to be manipulated. Those who survived would never let another human get close to them. Does anyone have any info on this?
