I bought it and it became one of my favorites, it has invulnerability, can pass through walls and the "daggers" the skill produces can increase based on how much stars are bouncing on the room, the "daggers" also break projectiles, also, on higher levels the stars that spawn are really usefull, his passive meter fills a lot quicker when there is a lot of enemies around and the stars can make quick work of a lot of enemies, so it excells in cleaning rooms. One big con this character has when comparing it to the fighter, his skill doesn't have a lot of sinergies with buffs aside from optoelectric, that makes the special attack aoe bigger and the explosions the stars make when spawning. The daggers can't crit, but oddly the stars can, i wouldn't recommend crit buffs tho. It's a really fun character overall, i would recommend it if you want a character with good mobility and tools for surviving.

I just beat Barehanded Rush to Purity using Astromancer, I'd say one of the easiest characters to use in RTP as his skills can reach the target from afar.

i thought i wont spend any more money on sk but this champ is just sooooooooo nice to play. I hope they wont waste his potential and make him some good skins and skills

I think Fighter is a bit better because you can block bullet hell. Anyway I don't say astromancer is bad, but there are better characters like assassin or rogue. Like I'm still not buying astromancer cuz I'm F2P

I think he needs 1 buff and one rework astral energy charge rate increase and rework maybe the weapon because it's boring.

​@@Pyunk999Fighter has better stats and starting weapon, and just that. She has a useless passive, 2 useless skill variants, one that just increases her crit damage and one that's actually pretty good and defends her well from bullet hell. However, she's pretty vulnerable to other sources of damage. Astromancer, however, becomes invincible and intangible with a short cooldown, also deals decent skill damage and has a passive that is complementary and useful to him, thus making him a more viable, safe and versatile pick.
